- What is Included in the PriceA fully private 4x4 tour: services of a Russian-speaking guide, transfer to/from the hotel, and all transfers along the mountain route.
- Logistics and ComfortThis is a long but incredibly scenic route. The road includes winding mountain passes and an ascent to over 2,000 meters. Traveling in a 4x4 vehicle ensures safety and comfort on mountain roads. Our drivers are experienced in handling vehicles in such conditions.
- Uniqueness and Unforgettable ImpressionsThe highlight of the tour is the encounter with the Grand Canyon of Oman at the Jebel Shams viewpoint. This is one of the country's most impressive natural spectacles. You will also visit the mountain village of Misfat Al Abriyeen, where life flows as it did centuries ago, and where terraced gardens are irrigated by the ancient aflaj system (UNESCO-listed).

- Organizational Details
- There is an option for a short trek along the canyon rim (optional).
- What to Bring: Sturdy trekking or sports shoes with non-slip soles, a windbreaker or sweater (it can be cool and windy in the mountains even in hot weather), a hat, sunscreen, and a sufficient supply of water.
- Important: The route passes through mountainous terrain. It is not recommended for people with a strong fear of heights or cardiovascular problems.
- Program FlexibilityThe itinerary can be adapted:
- For Trekkers: an advanced hiking route along the canyon can be offered.
- For Culture Enthusiasts: increase the time for visiting the village of Misfat Al Abriyeen and the Bait Al Safa Museum in Al Hamra.
- Combined Tour: combine with an excursion to Nizwa, creating a rich two-center tour: history + mountains.
